No sensitive data is requested.

Data is used solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on the business relationship.

Legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry, and consent when you voluntarily send files or additional information.

Data is kept for [3 years] from the last contact.

Photos and videos attached to a booking on a professional's site (bymadrizi.fr/[name]) are only used to prepare the appointment, are visible only to that business and are automatically deleted 90 days after the appointment. Loyalty programme (if enabled by the business): completed appointments are counted from your email or phone, without an account.

Data may be processed by our technical processors: IONOS (domain name and hosting), Lovable Cloud (site hosting, database and private storage of attached files, servers in the European Union), Resend (sending notification and confirmation emails) and HubSpot (CRM tool, purpose: commercial follow-up of requests). Other third-party services: Stripe (online payment of quotes and subscriptions; payment data handled directly by Stripe, never stored on the site), Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (audience measurement, only with your consent; possible transfers to the United States under the Data Privacy Framework), Google (AI service used by the Madrizi AI assistant to answer your messages, not retained for training), Behold and Instagram/Meta (Instagram feed display, only with your consent). The font is served directly by the site.

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object. These rights can be exercised by email at madrizisamuel@gmail.com.
